The challenge
A school with 52 students needed to become a school with a waiting list — and needed an admissions system that could hold the growth once it came. Brand, content, performance and PR had to work as one cycle, not as four suppliers.
The approach
We built the brand and the content, ran the performance and PR, produced the events, and connected admissions to a CRM so every enquiry had somewhere to go. The growth system was the deliverable; the campaigns fed it.
The result
52 → 603 students in eight months
